Terms of Service

Last updated: March 2026

Agreement

By creating an account on CeremonyLab, you agree to these terms. CeremonyLab provides ceremony planning tools on a subscription basis.

Your content

You own all content you create in CeremonyLab, including ceremony scripts, interview responses, vows, and readings. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.

Subscription & billing

CeremonyLab offers a free 30-day trial, then $10/month. The subscription includes 10 AI ceremony coaching sessions per month, with additional credits available for purchase in-app. All payments are processed by Polar, our merchant of record. Polar handles all billing, invoicing, and payment security — we never see or store your card details.

You can cancel at any time from Settings. Your access continues through the end of your current billing period. If your trial expires without subscribing, your account becomes read-only — all your data is preserved for 90 days and you can still view and export everything.

One license per wedding

Each CeremonyLab subscription covers a single wedding. If you're a professional officiant, ceremony writer, or wedding planner working on multiple weddings, you're welcome to create a separate account for each one — we encourage it. Each wedding just needs its own individual license.

If you're someone who could bring CeremonyLab to many weddings — whether you're a planner, a venue, or an officiant network — we'd love to partner with you. Drop us a line at hello@ceremonylab.com to talk about volume pricing or referral arrangements.

Intellectual property

The ceremony content you write is yours. The product itself — including its design, AI prompts, ceremony frameworks, and underlying code — is ours. You agree not to copy, reverse engineer, or systematically extract any part of CeremonyLab's product IP for use outside the platform.

Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We recommend using the backup feature to maintain local copies of your ceremony script.
